CHAMPION® Class-A All-Fuel Chimney Pipe is designed to vent residential heating oil, untreated wood, low sulphur coal and natural or LP gas.
Limited Warranty Coverage: Woodland Direct, Inc. (Woodland Direct) warrants to you (the “purchaser”) that for the period set forth below, the CHAMPION® Class-A All-Fuel Chimney pipe and components when used according to the specifications set forth in the warranty & installation instructions; and, if properly installed, maintained and used shall be free from defects in material or manufacturer’s workmanship. This warranty provides for the replacement of any system components damaged in a chimney fire or that fail as a result of normal use on a residential fireplace, wood burning stove, furnace or boiler. It does not provide a cash surrender value or reimbursement for expenses associated with labor of any kind that is required in the removal or replacement of the CHAMPION® system replaced under this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused to the structure by chimney fires, misuse of the chimney system or any components or parts not produced by Woodland Direct. Following a chimney fire, the system must be inspected by an experienced chimney professional before resuming use of the heating
appliance.
Coal Warranty Coverage: A chimney system connected to a low sulphur coal appliance that uses a 304L stainless steel inner wall is covered 100% for 10 years, then 50% for subsequent years as set forth in this warranty. A chimney system connected to a low sulphur coal appliance that uses a 316L stainless steel inner wall is covered 100% to the original purchaser only, for the life of the system as set forth in this warranty. All terms in the above “Limited Warranty Coverage” also apply.
Warranty Period: The benefits of this warranty shall apply to you (the “purchaser”) with no time limit, provided that you continue to own the home where the CHAMPION® Class-A All Fuel Chimney system is installed. In all events, excluding that in which you sell your home, Woodland Direct will honor the Lifetime warranty with no time limit.
Warranty Conditions and Limitations: You may register your CHAMPION® Class-A All-Fuel Chimney System by mailing your registration card to the address specified on the card within 60 days of having your system installed. The CHAMPION® warranty is subject to the following conditions:
Installation of the pipe and components must be in accordance with the manufacturer's written instructions
The pipe is designed to operate at a continuous temperature of 650 degree Celsis (1200 defree Fahrenheit) or less
Corn, driftwood, wood or wood pellets containing salt preservative treated lumber, plastic, experimental fuels and household trash must not be burned in the appliace
The CHAMPION® chimney system must be cleaned and inspected on an annual basis by an experience chimney professional commencing from the date of purchase. Receipts verifying that the annual maintenance was performed must be retained.
Claim Process and Limitations of Liability: You may make a claim under this warranty by giving notice to your chimney professional and having your chimney professional provide information about the claim to Woodland Direct. Upon approval of your claim, Woodland Direct shall provide new CHAMPION® pipe and components to you as your exclusive remedy. Woodland
Direct does not assume any liability or responsibility for faulty installation of the pipe or components, or for defective materials not supplied as part of the CHAMPION® chimney system. Neither Woodland Direct nor the installer of the CHAMPION® chimney system shall be liable for any removal or installation charges or for any special, incidental, or consequential damages in any way related to the CHAMPION® pipe. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Ground Shipments
All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.
Standard Freight
The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.
After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.
Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.
Oversized Item
When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
