The top plate mounts the liner system to your roof or chimney. This supports the weight of the liner system and helps keep the system secure in high winds. The top plate also acts as flashing to help protect your roof or chimney from the dangerous effects of invading water.

Use the Universal Gas Take-Off to connect a hot water heater above an appliance. Make a hole in the Easy Flex liner with a hole saw in your drill. Be sure to set the drill to reverse. Then set the the seal with high temp Mill Pac Black sealant.
