This Pilgrim Custom Spark Guard is top of the line. All frames consist of large diameter steel rods welded to an extra heavy kick plate to provide rigid support. The mesh is specially woven to ensure that no jagged edges are exposed. The handles are securely bolted to the frame, not the mesh.

This Pilgrim Custom Spark Guard is accented with vintage iron trim and twisted bar stock handles.

Sizing Instructions:

We suggest you choose a screen size that will overlap your fireplace opening 1-2" on each side and on the top.
Any screen that is larger than 40"w x 33"H, will need structual support bars. A technical sales person will call you to confirm after you have placed your order.
Since the screen will sit on your hearth, please consider the distance from the hearth to the top of your opening when choosing the correct size fireplace screen. Example
If you need an exact size (ex. 33 ¾” wide) please round up to the nearest inch when selecting your size and simply input the exact measurements in the “Comments” field above.
Both the Vintage Iron and Burnished Bronze models are built with more contemporary twisted handles. All are pictured in the Photo Gallery above.
The original depth of this spark guard is 6.5"; however, you may customize the depth of your screen to any size from 1" to 11". Simply enter the desired depth in the "Comments" box above.

All components are warranted for the lifetime of the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, service by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
