Manufacturer Warranty :
The Manufacturer warrants its factory built heat exchangers for 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers only the original consumer purchaser at the original installation of the heat exchanger installed and operated in accordance with the appropriate installation and operating instructions.
In the first year the Manufacturer will supply parts at no charge (F.O. B. Factory) to repair components of the heat exchanger and blower. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The warranty is void if in the opinion of the Manufacturer deems the hearth heater or blower has been improperly installed, abused, misused, tampered with, altered or used with the accessories not supplied or approved by the Manufacturer.
The Manufacturer shall have no responsibility for any special, incident contingent or consequential damages of any kind resulting from defects of or in the fireplace. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Manufacturer does not accept unit returns unless authorized by the Manufacturer. Used units may not be returned.

Fireplace Heater Tubes
This system works perfectly. With careful measurement we selected the 7-tube model which throws a significant amount of additional BTUs. The blower is nice and quiet also. We are very pleased with purchase AND especially the technical help we received during the ordering process.
