Limited Warranty

Waubridge Specialty Fabrics, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the enclosed product will be free from defects in material and workmanship or design under normal use and service for a period of [one(1)] year from the date of purchase. the obligation of Waubridge Specialty Fabrics, LLC under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product or any part which we find to be defective in material, workmanship or design, free of chrage to the customer, upon sending the product with proof of date of purchase, postage and return postage prepaid, to [Warranty Service Department], 13701 Jefferson Davis Hwy. Chester, VA 23831.

This warranty shall not apply to the product if it has been damaged, modified, abused or altered after the date of purchase or if it is used inside the fireplace, with a closed fireplace flue, or new a fireplace containing flames.

The liability of FirePLaceBlocker, LLC or any of its parent or subsidaiary corporations arising from the sale of this product or under the terms of this limited warranty shall not in any case exceed the cost of the product and, in no case, shall FirePlaceBlocker, LLC or any or its parent or subsidiary corporations be liable for consequential loss or samages resulting from the failure of the product or for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, even if the loss or damaged is caused by the company's negligence or fault.
