The Crackling Pinecone Kit is a hollow version of our beautifully detailed decorative pine cone, designed to work with a heat-reactive material to create wonderfully realistic crackling and popping sounds. This Kit includes both the pinecone, and 2 lbs of crackling material.

These Charred Wood Chips - set of 6 are used as a decorative accent for gas logs. They are typically placed on top of, or in front of the glowing ember bed. They can also be placed on top of the log stack for vented gas logs. Charred wood chips look as though they have been burned on some of the surfaces.

Black embers and Black Vermiculite are colored to be closer in hue to the volcanic ash, or lava rock that lines the bottom of most gas log installations. These materials will blend in to look more like charred ash for an even higher degree of realism.
