These deluxe fully insulated hearth gloves are made of suede and they feature a glove-in-glove design. They are 100% split cowhide exterior with a full interior lining of non-asbestos felt. They have reinforced welted seams to protect finger tips and have a convenient loop for easy storage. This product is warranted to the customer against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase. We (the manufacturer) will repair or replace any defective merchandise under this warranty when it is returned to our factory, freight prepaid, with prior 'return authorization'. Warranty on door glass does not apply to breakage due to mishandling. Warranty applies in the unlikely event of in-use failure.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
