This top is permanently attached to the main barrel and cannot be removed. The top has a large opening that allows you to catch a large amount of rain. The top also has a common door screen which does not allow insects into your rain barrel.

With little to no effort you can easily place this barrel in your downspout area as well and you can begin conserving water for many years to come. There is a 1 1/2" external overflow so you don't have to worry about over filling your barrel and have it flood your foundation.
