This rain barrel features a closed system of gathering water so that you won't have to worry about your small children or animals getting trapped inside of the rain barrel. There are also screened intake and screened overflow openings to prevent insect entry into your stored water. You will not have to worry about your rain barrel becoming a mosquito producing factory. An automatic overflow with 6' diverter hose will allow you to redirect any extra water into any area you desire, you can even attach that to a special soaker hose. If you need a longer hose, you can easily use a standard sump pump hose of any length. The barrel is sturdy 1/4" UV protected polyethylene plastic for long lasting water storing capacity. You don't have to worry about centering this barrel under the down spout because of the special design of the top; the water just needs to land anywhere on the top to flow into the bottom of the container. There are two dispensing levels available so that you won't interfere with the spigot connection.

Your Cedar Creek Rainsaver is guaranteed against any manufacturing flaws evident upon purchase or discovered after use. If there are any defects that are the result of manufacturing or shipping to your address, we will replace damaged components or the entire rainsaver. This complete product guarantee remains in effect for 180 days from the purchase of the barrel, and other components of the Rainsaver (not including the barrel body) will be guaranteed for 5 years against any flaw, damage, or wear. Proof of damage (photo or digital photo) or return of product/component itself may be required for replacement.

Proof of purchase date will be required to determine history, but if your barrel was shipped to your home via FedEx Ground from the Cedar Creek Company (or affiliate order drop-shipped to your home) no documentation is necessary since we will have a record of shipment on file. If your barrel was purchased from a retail location, you will need to present your sales receipt from the retailer to establish purchase date.

Even though the Cedar Creek Rainsaver has experienced extremely low product flaws, full barrel freezing in northern climates will cause the greatest stress to the structure and longevity of the rain barrel. Although most rainsavers will experience no damage . . . even when completely filled and completely frozen . . . we advise that northern climate owners partially drain the rain barrel to the upper spigot level during the months of Dec, Jan, & Feb. when extreme expansion of ice will occur.
