The Legacy Patio Post Charcoal BBQ Grill has taken the charcoal grill and kicked it up several notches. Manufacturer's Warranty

5-Year Warranty: Fire Magic stainless steel charcoal grills (excluding the charcoal pan and ash tray) are warranted for five (5) years from the date of purchase of your Fire Magic charcoal grill.

One-Year Warranty: Fire Magic charcoal pan and ash trays are each warranty for one (1) year form the date of purchase of your Fire Magic charcoal grill.

Please keep a copy of your sales slip for proof of purchase

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and to single family residential use only. It commences from date of purchase, and is valid only with proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover parts becoming defective through misuse, accidental damage, electrical damage, improper handling, storage, and/or installation. Product must be installed (and gas must be connected) as specified in the instructions or operator's manual, by a qualified professional installer. Accessories, parts, valves, remote, etc., when used must be Peterson Co. product.

This warranty does not apply to rust, corrosion, oxidation, or discoloration, unless the affected component becomes inoperable. It does not cover labor or labor-related charges.

This warranty specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental of consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specified legal rights, and you may have other rights that may vary from state to state.

These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
