The Phoenix Portable Charcoal BBQ Grill will allow you to sear and grill with a nice charcoal bed. Featuring two heavy-duty, porcelain coated, cast iron cooking grids that give you steak house style searing while handling delicate items like fish and vegetables. This unit also features dual charcoal trays that can be raised or lowered independently while you are cooking to let you control the temperature on both sides of the grill separately.
The cooking temperatures are controlled by upper and lower vents that can be fully opened to create searing temperatures or closed almost completely to create a slow-cooking environment. You can also close the vents completely to extinguish your charcoals, preserving them for the next cookout.
Constructed with heavy duty, high heat, powder coated cast aluminum and aluminized steel and features a stay-cool stainless steel handle that swivels when you open the hood. The cart is made of powder coated aluminum and sports two stainless steel side shelves offering 390 square inches of working area.
