The bladder is made out of durable marine grade PVC supported by a clip together tubular zinc platted steel frame enclosed by an attractive mesh cover. The unit has built in connections and tank fittings are supplied. All threaded fittings will fit a regular garden hose. Our rain barrels' three layers of mesh will help deter mosquitoes from making handytank their home.

The innovative rain barrel tank offers various plumbing options for water collection and distribution. The quickest of these is to simply direct the down pipe from the roof straight to the top surface of the Handytank, capturing all rainwater. Then connect the overflow outlet using the flexible pipe provided with the Handytank to the base of the existing down pipe and the Handytank is ready for use. The Handytank can be easily relocated or packed away and stored if required. For greater capacity two or more Handytanks may be plumbed together or simply install one at each down pipe!

3 year manufacturer warranty: Great care has gone into the manufacturing of this product and it should therefore provide you with years of good service when used properly. In the event of product failure within its inteded use over the course of the first 3-years after date of purchse, the manufacturer will remedy the problem as quickly as possible once it has been brought to their attention. In the unlikely event of such an occurrence, or if you require any information about the product please contact the manufacturer and they will be happy to answer any questions or concerns.

A 3-year warranty applies when the shade cover is installed correctly. Warranty is void if shade cover is not installed correctly.

The Handytank Rain Barrel cannot withstand weather colder than 14ºF or -10ºC. The manufacturer recommends that you bring the rain barrel indoors during the colder months. Since the tank is easy to assemble and disassemble storing them for the winter is a breeze. If your weather does not get that cold it is suggested that you emplty your tank of any water and leave the tap in the open position. If you have a cover or tarp we suggest you lay it over the top of the rain barrel so no water can get in and freeze. Please not if you leave your Handytank Rain Barrel outside in 14ºF or -10ºC weather this will void your warranty. Proper care of your rain barrel will allow many yesars of use

This warranty is against any faulty tank bladder material and/or workmanship. The warranty is for 3 years from the date of purchase and any warranty claim must be accompanied with a receipt proof of purchase.
