The Green Cone Solar Digester System, comprising the four-part injection molded lower basket, inner cone, outer cone and lid, is subject to the warranty terms and conditions set out below.
The manufacturer warrants each new Green Cone unit to be of good materials and workmanship and will repair or exchange any parts proven to be defective in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 10 years from date of sale, except as provided by the limitations below.
The warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. A suitable proof of purchase, showing date and place of purchase must be made available to the manufacturer, inc. at the time of request for warranty service.
The manfacturer. warranty policy does not apply to Green Cone units that have been subjected to accident, abuse or misuse, shipping damage, alterations, and/or incorrect installation.
Defects may only be corrected by authorized the manufacturer personnel.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage or injury incurred during installation or use of the Green Cone unit.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special (including punitive or multiple) damages.

Ground Shipments
All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.
Standard Freight
The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.
After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.
Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.
Oversized Item
When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
