Limited Warranty Manufacturer warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipping. Manufacturer will repair or replace without charge, FOB shipping point, of such products or parts of products only, specifically excluding any labor or installation thereof, which the manufacturer determines to be defective upon inspection.
Warranty applies to original purchaser only. Customer must notify Manufacturer in writing within (10) days from date of discovery of any claimed defect.
Warranty does not cover products if used under conditions other than those for which it was designed. The coverage of this Warranty is limited to all components of the fireplace system with the exception of “Blue Flame” gas valve manufactured by Canterbury Enterprises.
