The Square Sandstone Gas Fire Pit - Large is designed with heavy duty materials for a blend of substance and style. The Square Sandstone comes propane ready with gas logs, lava rock, and a natural gas orifice included. Boasting a stainless steel burner that won’t corrode or rust, a two year warranty, and a handy fire pit cover included, this fire pit will be around to stand the test of time.

Manufacturer Warranty

All stainless steel components are warranted against defect for two years from date of purchase. Fire logs carry no implied warranty. All other parts, (such as igniter, hose assembly, etc...), are covered and the manufacturer will provide replacement parts free of charge during the first year of the limited warranty. TO obtain replacement warranty parts simply call our toll free number and be prepared to provide proof of purchase via fax or mail. Parts will be dhipped directly to you at no charge. Labor related to warranty repair is covered free of charge during the first year. Repair work, however, requires the prior approval of an authorized manufacturer company official. Labor costs directed to the manufacturer are based on a predetermined rate schedule and any repair work must be done through an authorized dealer.

The manufacturer warrants its products against manufacturing defects of the original purchaser only, (i/e/, the individual, legal entity or registered customer whose name appears on the original receipt or warranty card filed with the manufacturer) - provided that the purchase was made through an authorized deal and is subject to the following conditions and limitations; This limited warranty applies only while the unit remains at the site on original installation and only if the unit is installed in Canada or the United States.

This factory warranty is nontransferable and may not be extended whatsoever by any of the manufacturer's representatives. Installation must be done in accordance with the installation instruction included with the product and all local and national building and fire codes. Natural gas units must be installed by an authorized gas appliance technician. This limited warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, accident, alterations, abuse or neglect and parts installed from other manufacturers will nullify this warranty.

This limited warranty further does not cover any scratches, dents, corrosion or discoloring caused by excessive heat, abrasive and chemical cleaners, mechanical breakages of logs and embers. Fire logs carry no warranty.

In the first year only, this warranty extends to the repair or replacement of warranted parts which are defective in material or workmanship provided that the product has been operated in accordance whit the operation instructions and under normal conditions.

After the first year, with respect to this Limited Warranty, the manufacturer may, at its discretion; fully discharge all obligations with respect to this warranty by refunding to the original warranted purchaser the wholesales price of any warranted but defective part(s).

After the first year, the manufacturer will not be responsible for installation, labor or any other costs or expenses related to the reinstallation of a warranted part, and such expenses are not covered by this warranty.
