Taking its inspiration from the timeless Italian fountains of Florence and Rome, the Plaza Outdoor Fountain is both classic and elegant. This fountain features a striking mosaic tiled backing, copper accents and elaborate scrollwork at its head. Each basin is illumated by an LED light from the inside, making it perfect for evening enjoyment.

Please note:The Plaza Outdoor Fountain may become brittle in the winter. In areas of cold weather, please store your fountain inside during winter months. It is also important to always check that the fountain is full of water before turning it on in order to avoid malfunction.

90 days Limited Warranty

All components are warranted for a period of 90 days after date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, service by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

The National Fireplace Institute (NFI) exists to provide standards and credentials to hearth industry professionals. This certification process involves an exam to test the practical knowledge these professionals need in order to fully comprehend hearth products and their venting systems. Some of this crucial knowledge includes combustion, fuel delivery, and draft and ventilation principles for your fireplace.

These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
