The high BTU capacity allows for searing and you are also able to cook with charcoal or wood chips for flavoring. With solid brass valves for precise temperature control and long life, along with the stainless steel vaporize panels for even heat distribution, this grill will make you a grilling master.

Designed for condos, apartments or anywhere space is at a premium, the mounted grill packs a lot of grilling potential into smaller spaces. This in-ground model must be cemented into the ground. Featuring a backburner, warming rack and dual side shelves it offers versatility while looking sleek.

American Outdoor Grill stainless steel burners are warranted for 15 years. All other American outdoor grill parts are warranted for 10 years. Except as noted: American Outdoor Grill ignition systems (excluding batteries), accessories (including sideburners, motors and thermometers), and flavor grids are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and to single family residential use only. It commences from date of purchase, and is valid only with proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover parts becoming defective through misuse, accidental damage, electrical damage, improper handling, storage and/or installation. Product must be installed (and gas must be connected) as specified in the instructions or operator's manual, by a qualified professional installer. Accessories, parts, valves, remotes, etc., when used must be Peterson Co. product.

This warranty does not apply to rust, corrosion, oxidation, or discoloration, unless the affected component becomes inoperable. It does not cover labor or labor-related charges.

This warranty specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specified legal rights, and you may have other rights that may vary from state to state.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
