Designed with a tightly sealed and lockable lid gives the grill a wind resistant trait, making it easy to use in any outdoor environment. The grill operates on a 1 lb. propane cylinder, but can be run off a 20 lb. tank if it is connected to a 4" hose. Constructed with folding stainless steel legs gives the grill compact storage that is perfect for your trip or occasion. Limited Lifetime Warranty

The manufacturer warrants the following materials and workmanship in your new gas grill against defects for as long as you own the gas grill. This covers aluminum castings (excluding paint), stainless steel base, stainless steel control panel (excluding screen printing), stainless steel burners, stainless steel rod cooking grids, stainless steel side shelves, side shelf and caps, wheels, knobs, porcelain enameled lids and stainless steel lids, subject to the following conditions: During the first ten years the manufacturer will provide replacement parts at their option free of charge. From the eleventh year to lifetime, the manufacturer will provide replacement parts at 50% of the current retail price. Components such as stainless steel sear plates, ceramic infrared burners (excluding screens), cast iron cooking grids, igniter (excluding batteries), temperature gauge and brass valves are covered and the manufacturer will provide parts free of charge during the first three years of the limited warranty. All other components including regulators, casters, stainless steel warming racks, chrome plated trims and handles, hoses and connectors, fasteners and accessories are covered and the manufacturer will provide parts free of charge during the first year of the limited warranty. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any transportation charges, labor costs, or export duties.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
