The original gel fuel that crackles just like a real fire! Each 13 oz. can burns up to three hours long at up to 3,000 BTUs. Although not designed as a heating source, Real Flame® gel fuel does provide warmth as well as a real, flickering flame for an unbeatable atmosphere of comfort.

Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and safe to burn indoors or out, Real Flame® fuel emits no smoke, soot, odor, or harmful fumes. The main component of the gel fuel is isopropyl alcohol, and the main by product is carbon dioxide - the same element produced when we breathe. Made from premium ingredients, Real Flame® gel fuel is the leading brand in the market and is tested for use in Real Flame® fireplaces and related products.

Real Flame® fuel has been tested by a number of independent laboratories, and is OSHA and EPA approved.

Please Note: This fuel cannot be shipped air due to TSA restrictions. Can only be shipped within the contiguous states. Phone number and adult signature required for delivery. Fuel cannot be returned due to Department of Transportation regulations. All sales are final on fuel.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
