Limited Warranty Manufacturer warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipping. Manufacturer will repair or replace without charge, FOB shipping point, of such products or parts of products only, specifically excluding any labor or installation thereof, which the manufacturer determines to be defective upon inspection.
Warranty applies to original purchaser only. Customer must notify Manufacturer in writing within (10) days from date of discovery of any claimed defect.
WOOD BURNING VOIDS WARRANTY
Warranty does not cover products if used under conditions other than those for which it was designed. The coverage of this Warranty is limited to all components of the fireplace system with the exception of “Blue Flame” gas valve manufactured by Canterbury Enterprises.

The fireplace is everything I expected. It fits perfectly in my new gazebo. Christian was great to order from, and got it here in plenty of time for the wedding! It was heavier than I had expected, so needed some extra help to put it together. The price was so much less than the stone fireplace my landscaper wanted to build for me, and it is more elegant, Was glad to discover that I could buy the fireplace of my choice, and it could be modified for ventless gas logs! If you want pictures, let me know!

Absolutely love this product. It looks beautiful and was relatively easy to install. We purchased the gas option. So easy and convenient to use and provides nice warmth on our outdoor patio. My one concern is how it will hold up to our cold MN winter this year. So far no cracks but we haven't used it since the fall. We also purchased the rain Kit and solid protection plate for out of season storage. I would highly recommend this product.
