Assembly: Required; approx 1 hr. No mortar or metal fasteners needed, just a level.
5 Year Limited Warranty All components are warranted for a period of 5 years after date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.
Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, service by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

Our new wood burning fireplace is wonderful. We enjoy it every night as this is the perfect time of year with cool evenings that lend themselves to entertaining friends outside.
Service was wonderful; delivery as promised on time, and putting it together was really a breeze. it was done in less than an hour. It looks beautiful in our back yard and all our friends are really impressed!

I wanted an outdoor fireplace for my patio, that was affordable. Our daughter was getting married at our house and had to have a fireplace asap. This one is it. I ordered it and recieved it in a week. My husband and I put it up in about an hour or so. The directions were kinda hard to read but it's pretty easy to figure out. We have had a couple of fires in it. I love it!!! It looks great!! I am very satisfied with the price and quality.

The Mirage woodburning fireplace is extremely well packed, easy to put together, and looks terriffic. I've had numerous compliments on the unit, and would highly recommend it. My wife and I are thoroughly enjoying the early fall evenings sitting on our deck and waching the fire ..Great workmanship, great price and easy installation.

This fireplace has been a wonderful addition to our shoreline. The smoke is up over our heads, not in your face. Whoever designed this is pretty clever. It went together very easily and the pieces fit well. Our fireplace was in a location not easily accessible so the ability to move the pieces individually and assemble without glue or mortar was a real plus. The cost of the unit was very reasonable.
