The manufacturer warrants, to the original retail purchaser only, each new Buschbeck outdoor fireplace / grill ("Product") for a period of one year against defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal use and proper installation.

This Limited Warranty will be administered by the official agent for Buschbeck in the United States. All claims under this Limited Warranty should be made by contacting the agent and making advance arrangements to deliver photographs of the alleged defective Product or component(s) of Product to the agent for inspection. At the sole discretion of the agent, the Product or component(s) of the Product may be replaced, or arrangements made to repair the Product or component(s) of the Product.

This Limited Warranty is subject to the terms and conditions as stated on the back of this form. This form, front and back,constitutes the entire warranty for the Product. Buschbeck makes no other warranty, expressed or implied.

The term "conditions of normal use and proper installation" on page one of this Limited Warranty refers to the following: All Buschbeck Outdoor Fireplaces must be installed on level and stable ground. Any movement of the ground under the fireplace base will void this Limited Warranty. Installation instructions are supplied with every Buschbeck Fireplace and must be followed. Buschbeck Fireplaces are designed to withstand the extremely high temperatures that can be generated by typical wood fires. However, excessive heat can be generated by fires that are too large and/or intense fires that are started too quickly. Use reasonable care not to allow flames to exit the chimney above the fireplace as this is evidence of a fire that may cause excessive heat. Also, take care not to heat the fireplace too quickly if it is very cold or very wet. Do not use manufactured fire logs or accelerants such as kerosene or other fuels. Use only natural wood logs or charcoal with a small amount of recommended starter.

All claims made under this Limited Warranty must be accompanied by the original sales receipt clearly showing the date of purchase and the name of the authorized retail dealer from whom the Buschbeck Outdoor Fireplace was purchased. All claims under this warranty must be made within one year of the date of purchase. No warranty is made, expressed or implied, relating to handling, mishandling, transporting, installation, assembly, or disassembly and reassembly of the Buschbeck Outdoor Fireplace and its individual components.

Under any circumstances whatsoever, the total liability of the manufacturer, Buschbeck, and of the agent, combined, shall be limited to replacement of the defective Product, or component(s) of the Product, at the discretion of the agent.
