Our Pacific Glider makes spending time out of doors soothing and peaceful! Pair up with any of our other cedar furniture to create a complete seating arrangement! Watch as family and friends are drawn to your inviting outdoor living space! The natural process of 'checking'- or slight cracking through the outer growth rings- happens as wood expands and contracts to release moisture. It does not affect the integrity of the wood.

Assembly: Furniture arrives unassembled, except the major parts. For example, the chairs and settees are in four components. All the furniture is mortise and tenon joined, which makes it easy to assemble using only your basic household tools. Easy-to-follow instructions come with each purchase.

5 Year Limited Warranty
If any piece of furniture is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, Manufacturer will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to you. To obtain warranty service, product or part must be sent to back at your expense. A copy of the original sales receipt is required when requesting warranty work.

All of this Manufacturer’s other products come with a limited one (1) Year Warranty. If any product is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to you or your customer. A copy of the original sales receipt is required when requesting warranty work. The above warranties do not cover defects caused by modification, alteration or repair of the product or part by anyone other than the manufacturer. The National Fireplace Institute (NFI) exists to provide standards and credentials to hearth industry professionals. This certification process involves an exam to test the practical knowledge these professionals need in order to fully comprehend hearth products and their venting systems. Some of this crucial knowledge includes combustion, fuel delivery, and draft and ventilation principles for your fireplace.

These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
