The manufacturer warrants it's market umbrellas to be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects for a period of one year. The manufacturer's market umbrella warranty does not cover damage to the umbrella frame created by abuse, misuse, wind, accident or modifications. The manufacturer warranty specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damage to property, ripped, broken or damaged party must be reported to the manufacturer within 72 hours of original shipment date. The manufacturer, subject to inspection, reserves the right to repair or replace the product. The manufacturer warranty on the umbrella fabric is dependent on the type of fabric purchased. One year for olefin fabric and three years for Sunbrella fabric.
