The Children's Sandbox is a quality constructed wooden sandbox with wonderful design features. The vinyl roof offers protection from sun and rain, and can be cranked all the way down when not in use. This keeps debris from collecting in the sandbox, and offers a great solution to the ever-present problem of keeping cats out! Made in Austria from water-treated pine wood safe for children and pets. 1 Year Limited Warranty
All components are warranted for a period of 1 year after date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, service by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

The National Fireplace Institute (NFI) exists to provide standards and credentials to hearth industry professionals. This certification process involves an exam to test the practical knowledge these professionals need in order to fully comprehend hearth products and their venting systems. Some of this crucial knowledge includes combustion, fuel delivery, and draft and ventilation principles for your fireplace.

These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

One way that we do this is through our warehouse program. We’ve hand-selected a number of products to keep on-site, guaranteeing that they’ll receive proper care, quality packaging, and a safe delivery. We also have a fast turnaround time; everything in our warehouse is sent out within 48 hours, whether it weighs a quarter of a pound or 600 pounds.

We’re also committed to providing cost-cutting perks to our customers. Woodland Direct offers complimentary shipping on all items over $99 and all freight products shipped on a standard pallet. In order to further assist you with such orders, we also offer a complimentary liftgate service to the vast majority of our standard pallet items.

What to expect from Woodland Direct

When you shop with Woodland Direct, you can trust that your experience will be simple and hassle free, no matter which shipping method your package is transported by.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
