5 Year Limited Warranty

The manufacturer warranties all valve kits and remote controls against manufacturing defects that prevents safe and correct function of the valve and/or remote control, for a period of 5 years from date of original customer purchase. Warranty coverage is limited to 1 year for defective AA, AAA, & D cell batteries. Cold rolled steel Manual Fire Pit Kits and Fire Rings are warranted for 1 year. Stainless Steel Fire Rings and Manual Fire Pits are warranted for 3 years. Complete Fire Pits are warranted for 3 years on parts and in-house (manufacturer) labor. This warranty will apply only to claims presented to us by our original customer. The defective product must be shipped back to the manufacturer with a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) issued by the manufacturer for that specific product and any additional information for the nature of the defect or warranty claim. If supporting documentation is needed to establish the purchaser or purchase date, a copy of the original purchase invoice may be requested by the manufacturer. RMAs are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue by the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover items that have been damaged by overheating, modification, abuse or improper storage, installation or maintenance. The 3 year labor customer reimbursement warranty allowance (up to $25.00) is limited to the product warranty period. Warranty period commences from date of original sale/shipment from the Manufacturer. The warranty excludes claims for consequential, indirect-collateral expenses arising from product defects or warranty recovery.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
