Mosaic Table Tops The Manufacturer offers a (2) year warranty from the date of delivery on manufacturers defects including materials and craftsmanship of its tabletops. the manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace defective merchandise as its sole option. This warranty does not extend to any damage as a result of misuse, abuse, ordinary wear-and-tear, fading, acts of nature or damage related to transportation. Please note: Regular maintenance must be exercised as set forth in the care instructions.

Frame Your frames come with a (10) year structural warranty when properly maintained in ordinary home use. The manufacturer will, at factory option repair or replace any wrought iron or aluminum furniture that has failed structurally during normal use and regular maintenance.

**Items not covered under warranty: Accidental damage (including fire, wind, transportation or other acts of God.) Permanent stains caused by lotions or oils; **All warranties apply to the original owner only, and begin with the date of delivery.
**All transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any defected item will be the burden of the consumer.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
