Featuring an anti-tilt switch ensures that this unit will stay sturdy on your table. Providing up to 10,000 BTUs, this powerful heater includes a regulator for extra control and safety.

Working with a 1 lb. propane tank (sold separately), this heater can run on high for 2-3 hours at a time. It can also be used with a 5' adapter hose to connect to a 20 lb. propane tank for longer use.

LIMITED WARRANTY

The manufacturer warrants to the original retail purchaser of this heater to no other person, that if this heater is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it, then for a period of One (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in such heater shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. The manufacturer may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized retailer or distributor. Therefore, you should retain your sales slip or invoice. This limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which prove defective under normal use and service and which the manufacturer shall determine in its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. If the manufacturer confirms, after examination a defect covered by this limited warranty in any returned part, and if the manufacturer approves the claim, the manufacturer will replace such defective part with out charge. If you return defective parts, Transportation charges must be prepaid by you. The manufacturer will return replacement parts to the original retail purchaser, Freight or postage prepaid.

The limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by you or third party, failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the heater, shipping, damage, normal adjustment to the burner, damage or repairs related to insects, birds, or animals of any kind, and damage due to weather conditions as set out in this owner€™s manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damage to the finish such as scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or weather damage, after purchase.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
