10 Limited Warranty
The manufacturer warrants the original consumer purchaser that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase by the consumer customer. If the product fails due to defects in material or workmanship during this warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at its option, the product part that is in question free of charge. The word “defects”, as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections, which impair the utility of the product.
The warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture and/or furniture components, or the furniture is defective. The manufacturer will either provide replacement furniture/parts or otherwise repair the furniture at no cost to the customer. In the event of piece replacement, no assembly labor is included. Should an item not be repaired to the customer’s satisfaction, a replacement part or piece will be furnished at the manufacturer’s expense. In the event that a customer alleges a defect, the manufacturer requires that a photo of the defect be sent to determine the nature and extent of the defect. All photos shall be sent at the customer’s expense to our corporate headquarters.
The limited warranty, as set forth above constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy of the original consumer purchaser with respect to any defective in the manufacturer product and is in lieu of all other obligations and liabilities of the manufacturer. In no event shall the manufacturer be responsible for any cost of procurement of substitute goods, lost profits, or any incidental, consequential, and/or special damages of any kind resulting from a breach of any applicable express of implied warranty, breach of obligation arising from a breach of warranty, or otherwise with respect to the manufacture and sale of any The manufacturer products, whether or not the manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Ground Shipments
All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.
Standard Freight
The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.
After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.
Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.
Oversized Item
When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
