Manufacturer 3 Year Limited Warranty

Our limited 3 year residential warranty covers all defects in workmanship and materials of the manufacturer's product. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover freeze damage within the frames. It is very important NOT to store the furniture upside down as it will allow water into the frames. At our option, the manufacturer will repair or replace any part of the product, or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. Repair or replacement will be made at no cost to you other than your cost for shipping to and from our facility. We may require inspection by a warehouse or dealer representative prior to any repairs or replacement. A separate 1 year warranty applies to fabrics/cushions.

The National Fireplace Institute (NFI) exists to provide standards and credentials to hearth industry professionals. This certification process involves an exam to test the practical knowledge these professionals need in order to fully comprehend hearth products and their venting systems. Some of this crucial knowledge includes combustion, fuel delivery, and draft and ventilation principles for your fireplace.

These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
