The Octagonal Table, constructed with solid eucalyptus wood, a flat octagonal top, stainless steel hardware and rugged fit for any weather, it is easy to store and lasts for many years. Modern octagonal tables are fine decor for any outdoor setting, very comfortable and great for outdoor sitting. Made of High Density Eucalyptus it is the premium grade of solid “Eucalyptus Gradis” hardwood, grown in 100 % well managed forests in Brazil, certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. It’s renowned for its excellent resistance to every day wear and tear. It is extremely durable and tightly grained to produce a desirable density. It remains unaffected by all variations in weather, especially its resistance to damp conditions makes itself extremely competent at combating insect attacks and decay.

Manufacturer Warranty

The manufacturer warrants to you, the original purchaser, that their product and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, the manufacturer will, as an option, repair or replace the furniture free of charge. "Defects", as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture product.

The manufacturer warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. This warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly, 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, 3) normal wear and tear due to age, and 4) labor or assembly costs.

All of the manufacturer's warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use. In no event shall the manufacture be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for shipment. Report any losses or damages promptly to the manufacturer. Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Save damaged cartons until advised by the manufacturer or claim is resolved. All returns MUST be authorized by the manufacturer, which will advise you as to return authorization and arrange for pickup or repair of any damaged merchandise.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
