The Sunglo 24-Volt Natural Gas Permanent Patio Heater - Black is a manual lit, permanent patio heater that works efficiently. This 24 volt heater utilizes radiant heat to warm the objects without heating the surrounding air. The heater emits 50,000 BTUs/hour making sure that you and your guests will be warm. Because it runs on natural gas, it helps in radiating the required heat quietly and efficiently. Made of corrosion-free material and coating, this patio heater looks nice in your home patio and provides great warmth in cool weather.

Twenty-four volt heaters require 24 VAC electrical outlet to be connected in order to operated the main burner. This heater utilizes a pilot-thermocouple 100% safety shutoff. Pilot must be manually lit. Heater is turned off/on with electrical switch, timer or other control device by interrupting the 24 VAC supple to the heater. Control device is to be supplied by the installer. Manual control knob must be set to the ON position for this heater to operate with an electrical switch.

All components are warranted for a period of 1 year after date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, service by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
