This vinyl material is manufactured right here in the USA using a unique powder process. The result is a more flexible, durable material than typical polyvinyl. You can be sure that you'll never have to paint this gorgeous Winchester Trellis, and it's protected by a twenty-year warranty. What's more, this wall trellis includes all necessary hardware to mount it on that blank and boring wall!

The Winchester Trellis is our largest and most dramatic trellis available. Its open lattice work gives your vines plenty of space to grow and flourish, and the creative spires atop the piece lend its simplicity a bit of flourish.

20 Year Product Warranty
Product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects resulting in delaminating, peeling, flaking, corroding, rusting, cracking, crazing, or extreme amounts of fading or bleaching causing the PVC or hardware to change from its original state for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.

If product is determined to have manufacturing defect covered by warranty, Manufacturer will replace the material containing the defect (labor not included) FOB from the point of manufacture. Manufacturer will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the product.

Conditions not covered by this warranty include: physical abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper storage; improper installation or installation not in strict adherence to instructions written by Manufacturer; or damage attributable to atmospheric pollutants, hail, lightning, hurricane, tornado, wind borne objects, earthquakes, fire, mildew, casualty, acts of God, building or ground settlement, or subjection to stress or weight.

All warranty claims must be made within 30 days after the defect was first discovered or reasonably could have been discovered.

These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
