The Solaira Alpha Series Patio Heater offers electric infrared heaters that represent the evolution of heating technology. The Alpha Series Heaters produce short wave infrared light that converts 92% of consumed energy to instant, controllable, directional heat. This heating technology is not affected by wind or draft as it warms people, objects and not the air. The modular design of the Solaira Alpha Series allows specifying engineers to adjust and direct specified heating loads based on area requirements.

This patio heater is extremely reliable, efficient and effective because of construction. Designed for indoor and outdoor use in wet or dry conditions it is rain and snow resistant. Made of a powder coated aluminum body it is lightweight and comes complete with mounting brackets and stainless steel accessories for an easy installation.

To ensure optimum heat effectiveness, it is recommended that after the heater has been used approximately 80-100 hours, the front glass is opened and both the front glass and the reflector are wiped with a lint-free cloth**. The front glass and reflector should also be cleaned with a lint-free cloth if white deposits are seen on the glass or reflector at any time. Failure to maintain the heater by clearing white deposits will reduce the life of the heating element and decrease unit performance. Heating element failure due to lack of fixture maintenance are not warrantable and are distinguishable from lack of maintenance by test procedure. Any Heating element being submitted for warranty must be returned for analysis prior to claim being processed.

Primary fixture is warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Heat Emitter (Philips HeLeN Bulb) when used for Consumer/Household Applications are warranted for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase The Philips heat emitter is engineered to last for 4000 hours with proper care and maintenance. Any Heating element being submitted for warranty must be returned for analysis prior to claim being processed.

Primary fixture, wiring and connections are warranted to be free of manufacturers defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Heat Emitter (Philips HeLeN Bulb) when used for Consumer/Household Applications are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The heat emitter is designed to last for 1000 hours with proper care and maintenance (Please note that your individual usage pattern and location will have some affect on the maintenance requirements and heating element life). Failure could occur within the first 80 - 100 hours should there be no maintenance completed (one time removal of dust.
