The GreenFace Teak Doormat is the perfect heavy duty doormat that will last. Constructed of reclaim teak wood it features a s natural finish that is a beautiful contrast to any home entrance design, very solid, smoothly sanded.

Because it is constructed of reclaim teak it is a guaranteed zero carbon footprint product. The teak is very soft to the touch, does not splinter and is not slippery even when wet! Teak is temperature neutral, so even exposed to direct sun, it will not heat up and burn the skin.

This certification process involves an exam to test the practical knowledge these professionals need in order to fully comprehend hearth products and their venting systems. These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
