The Hi-Flame Pinto HF-917UA Wood Burning Stove is a European designed stove that offer design and function. With an open base you can store your logs under the stove so they are ready for refueling. Rated at 38,000 BTUs this stove is capable of heating your living space. The 1.15 cubic foot firebox will take 15" logs and holds a fire for over 8 hours.

This wood stove is clean burning and achieves this reputation with it's Non-Catalytic Clean Burn system. The full view air washed glass stays clear through intense burns, allowing you a view of the flame at all times without soot buildup that plagues systems without this technology.

This unit features a rear and top flue outlet allow you to vent from either. The venting diameter is 6" and can be single or double walled depending on your clearances. The baffle is easy to remove for chimney cleaning and the ash pan has easy access to clean as well.

5 Year Limited Warranty

All components are warranted for a period of 5 years after date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, service by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
