All Drolet EPA certified stoves have a secondary air source. The heated air is circulated through the perforated baffle, and allows for a more complete combustion before particulates are released. This means you’ll burn less wood and help the environment! These stoves also have a low clearance to combustible materials required, allowing it more flexibility in installation location.
Please Note: The manufacturer recommends a slip connector attachment at the top of the unit for cleaning. It is suggested that the black stove pipe be removed from the stove when cleaning because creosote cannot be reached if swept into the unit.
