Where can I find the make and model number of my fireplace?
Every Zero Clearance Fireplace has a tag that identifies the manufacturer and the model number of your fireplace. It's typically located on this inside of the firebox towards the top.
I can't find the make and model number of my fireplace. What should I do?
On older fireplaces, the metal tag often falls off or gets completely covered in in soot and is unreadable. You may have paperwork related to the fireplace that should tell you the make and model of your fireplace. If not, simply email a picture to our sales department; the image will be passed on to the engineer that will build your fireplace door. You can also coordinate this with a technical sales representative through our offices at 1-800-919-1904.
Why do you need the make and model of my fireplace if I am giving you the measurements?
We like to know the make and model of the fireplace simply for reference. We have many schematics for various zero clearance fireplaces that will allow us to cross reference measurements.
