Woodland Direct’s Return Policy
At Woodland Direct, we want you to buy with confidence. Our Return Policy makes it easy for you to return your product for a FULL REFUND for any reason. We ask only that you pay for the return shipping. Here’s how easy it is:
- Simply file a case via email or phone with our Customer Service Department within 30 days of receiving your item (See below for Holiday Gift Return). (email customersupport@woodlanddirect.com or call 1.800.919.1904)
- We will issue you a Return Authorization number that will be used to track your return.
- Once you have shipped the item back to us and we have inspected it and found it to be in new/unused condition we will issue you a full refund. There are no restocking fees or other charges.
