Shipping Information

• The Legend Arch Fireplace Glass Door is a custom made door.
• Stock sizes are not available.
• This door ships for free! Build time is 3-4 weeks.
• Average ship time is an additional 5-7 days Standard Ground Shipping.

When you receive your glass doors - you must inspect your package before the driver leaves. Acceptance of the package is an acknowledgement that the package was received in good condition. In the unlikely event that the package or fireplace door is damaged, refuse the shipment and call our offices and we will ship another one to you ASAP.

Returns & Exchanges

• The Legend Arch Fireplace Glass Door can be returned or exchanged if it is in sellable condition less a 20% restocking fee. Great care must be taken to repackage door. If the door is returned to Woodland Direct damaged or in an unsellable condition, the customer will not be issued a refund or allowed an exchange.
• Sales Reps who assist in purchases are not liable for incorrect measurements made by homeowner.
