Faulty Handle
Purchased brush and corresponding handle. During first use, handle that is suppose to be permanently attached to connectors (not where they screw into each other) came apart and brush became stuck in chimney. Needed to pay professional chimney cleaner to remove brush and remaining handle from chimney. Would not recommend product.

Clean chimney
I feel I paid for the price on the kit by using it once, compared with hiring a chimney sweep service. I seemed to work really well. I have a two story house. So, I have about 25 ft of chimney. No problems. I got lots of carbon chunks out.
