Fire Glass
Love my glass. It was exactly the color that was pictured. I also appreciated the customer service guidance that I needed regarding the use of fire gel with the glass product. The delivery was very quick and I would order from this company again based on positive experience!
Review of fire glass
The color of the glass is perfect. I had thought I ordered the metallic version of the fire glass but found I had not done so. Regardless, the glass has a great sparkle to it and I am very, very happy with the product. I bought 2 bags to fill my fire pit and had about 1/4 of a bag left over. This will be perfect for my mosaic art projects! Love the product, love the fast delivery... nothing but great things to say about this product and company!
Fire Glass
The customer service was fine, but I was disappointed in the product. While it says that the diameters of rock were 1/4 to 1/2, 90 percent of the glass was 1/4. I was disappointed in the website design which was misleading because this rock was featured in your website on the 1/2 to 1 in section. This wasn't true and gives the customer a false perception of the product. This should be adjusted, as while I like the product because i also ordered the royal blue 1/2 to 1 in. this rock was not as clear as i thought it would be and did not show the color as much as i thought. i will not be ordering from your company in the future. your pictures are not realistic to the actual product that is received.
