It's ok
It's big but the door doesn't close right. The latching part of the door is too thick and doesn't close right. Had to grind some of it down on both sides. Aside from that....it's a cast iron clean out door....it's ok.

CAST IRON CLEANOUT
It came as promised and was exactly what we expected
poor quality control
The door was cast incorrectly causing the inside edge to be too large to fit the 12" x 10". It was almost 3/4" off. This should have never gotten past the quality control person. The hinges are basically aluminum nails. Sad testament to "Made in the USA." I'm being sent a replacement at no charge, so I hope it works out in the end.
