Poor quality casting door does not close well gaps at hinge side not suitable for indoor use as stated on website box arrived with holes in it paint scraped off no packing in box. This product if used outside will allow water to enter and freeze causing damage to chimney.
Casting is crudely done. First shipment arrived with broken latch. Replacement had latch intact but poorly cast and required quite a bit of filing to get it to stay closed. Hinge pins were oddly bent to keep from falling out and required rebending to keep the door from binding.
