The Magic Heat 7" Heat Reclaimer increases the efficiency of your oil, wood and coall stove. When the exhaust gases from your oil stove heat the stove pipe to 280ºF, the Magic Heat's internal thermometer turns it on. Then, its electric powered fan forces cool air to circulate around tubes heated by the hot flue gases before being forced out into your living space.
By reclaiming the heat from your oil stove's exhaust fumes, you are increasing your heating efficiency and will use less fuel to heat the same amount of space. This heat reclaimer is proudly made in the USA, ensuring quality craftsmanship. Please keep in mind that this accessory is made for single wall pipe only and not double wall black.

Majic Heat 7 heat reclaimer
Doing a lot of research and comparison shopping, led me to WoodlandDirect. Here I found the best price and the turn around time on the MH-7 from backorder was excellent. This was my second heat reclaimer, the other was a MH-6, the company making the MagicHeat line does very good work and the heat reclaimer is very good at what it does. I would recomend it to any one who wants to not waste most of the heat from the buring by sending it up the chimmey pipe. I am very happy with the item , its cost and the good service time and handling by the WoodlandDitect staff.
I have been wanting to install a heat reclaimer on my oil-fired boiler for at least 2 years. I thought I was going to have to build my own because my pipe is 7" and all I could find was 6" and 8" versions and I had no room to use adapters. I did some searching and found a 7" model with the crimp at the correct end at Woodland Direct for $179.00 and immediately ordered it. Installation was relatively easy - the hardest part for me. because of the limited space I had to fit it in, was connecting the reclaimer directly to the output flange of the boiler. So I do not have the recommended 12" of pipe between the output of the boiler and the input of the reclaimer. But because the exhaust temperature of the oil-fired boiler is within the recommended operating temperature for the reclaimer, it is not a problem. I would not do this if installing on a wood or coal stove because those temperatures can get MUCH higher and probably damage the reclaimer. The unit works fantastic. It takes about 1 minute for the thermostat to turn the fan on and I get 200 degree air out. It's like 2 hair dryers set on HOT and HIGH. My basement is my workshop and I can now work down there in the winter in a t-shirt, unless it gets below 40 degrees outside and the wind is blowing. Then I have to fire up my PROCOM Blue Flame Vent Free Wall Heater — 30,000 BTU Output. But now with the addition of the reclaimer, I do not have to turn the wall heater on MAX output anymore! This unit is one of the very few items I have purchased that actually installed and works as promised. Unlike so many other things, I did not have to find a way to make this unit work for my application. So far I have had no problems and do not anticipate any because of the quality of this unit. Wasted heat is going up your chimney. I DON'T KNOW WHY EVERY HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE A HEAT RECLAIMER.

I am very happy with this product. It works very well.
Magic Heat 7" Oil Heat Reclaimer
This thing installed rather easily. It comes on quickly, gives good heat, and runs reasonably quietly. My oil heater is in my 2-car garage and this thing keeps the garage around 60 degrees. I am very pleased with it!
Reclaimer, received it quickly, works great!!!!!
A very good unit.
This is my 2nd Magic Heat. The first one lasted over 30 yrs. I have it connected to my oil furnace which is in my garage. The garage stays at least 60 deg during the winter months, in New York. The unit pays for itself in no time.
