Glass Fire Pit

The glass I purchased worked out better than I expected although it is not the best quality I am still extremely satisfied with my purchase. My 2 firepits both work perfectly and the glass is the perfect finishing touch to them. Thanks for all you did in helping me to understand and purchase the right product at the right price for the right job. I would definitely refer anyone else seeking to do the same to your company. color of white and lightblue fire crystal too light. black soot forms on edges. should of gotten a darker color.

The glass is great but it appears I ordered twice as much as needed using your calculation. My fire pit is round, 28" in diameter. Using your calculations for a 3" height I ordered 100lbs. This gave me a height of 5-6". Al

Turqoise glass looks nice when new but once we had the first fire, the glass discolored with brown burn stains. Very disappointing.

Overall I am quite pleased with the product. The only two issues I have are I used their glass quantity calculator and ended up with twice as much as I needed. The other issue is that the glass beads that are in contact with the flames the most are slowly turning orange. As far as the effect of a large pile of burning/glowing red embers, this product coupled with a diamond shaped burner, REALLY looks like a million bucks! I'm thinking that I'll experiment with different colors and shapes next.

I order smooth fireglass as a filler to create depth, since it was cheaper, and put the reflective glass on top, am much happier with the bling then logs.

Price=good, shape=bad; I would only recommend this filler for fire bowls that contain the media. The flat shapes slide very easily on one another.

Reflective Fire Glass

This is the 3rd batch of fire glass that we have purchased over the past two years. We needed to add more to our outdoor fire pit. I love the way it sparkles when the fire is lit.

although I think the fire glass is beautiful I wasnt aware that a gas pit was required to use it. Since the area I live in has issued "no fire" season I will unfortunately need to wait until the winter to purchase a gas pit before I can try it. I hope to send an updated review once I can actually try the product

1" fireglass

My fire pit has a large grate, but the spacing is not more than 1". However, these 1" rocks are only that long in length, not width. They all fell through the grate.

I was sent the wrong color

I feel that the quality of the fire glass is great; however I was sent the wrong color. I had ordered clear 2 years ago and ordered more clear but revived light blue. I talked myself into just using the blue that was sent accidentall thinking it wasn't a big deal. Fireplace does not look as good as having only one color.

This glass made a nice base and then I added some more decorative over the top on my firepit. Works as advertised.

Firepit awesome igniter difficult

We absolutely love the firepit and glass however the igniter takes forever to light. It clicks forever and it takes well over a minute to ignite. It should never take that long, your bent down lighting this thing forever! Luv it tho once lit.

I was told I needed 47 lbs. of glass for the size of my fire-pit. I initially purchased 30 lbs. Due to the way it was constructed, I ultimately needed more and purchased a total of 60 lbs. I didn't use all of it. It seems the glass is too small, for the amount I needed to adequately cover the burner and subsequently hampers the orifices in the fire ring, causing large portions of the pit to not burn the gas properly, and having smell of unburned gases escape into the area. Although you advertise 2" glass, it is not available. You might want to make this available as this could be an alternative to help open the space between the glass (at least in the lower portions of the pit) and help disperse the gases to the smaller glass on top, causing a more even burn.
