acquiring the vestal rotary damper control from your company was an excellent choice. it was exactly what i needed, the fit was perfect, i received it in a very timely manner, and it works perfectly.

I think the product is well designed and built. The purchase and shipping of this were as I expected. My only suggestion is that the length of the rod used was about 6" short of what I needed, so I purchased a longer piece of key stock and used that. The damper control was easy to retrofit into an existing fireplace.
