Limited Lifetime Warranty

All components are warranted for the lifetime of the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, service by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

Ornamental Designs warrants purchased product to the original retail purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from date of the original retail purchase. Ornamental Designs will repair or replace, at Ornamental Designs discretion, and at no charge to the original retail purchaser, product that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship for a 5-year period. This warranty is only applicable to products purchased for consumer use and does not apply to damage caused by alteration, abuse or misuse. Ornamental Designs shall not be liable for consequential or indirect damages which are caused by defects of its product or by repair or replacement.

Ornamental Designs shall not be liable for loss of product or other incidental or unexpected costs, expenses or damage incurred by the customer or any other user. Ornamental Designs will not be responsible for incidence related to unprotected damage or liabilities arising from product abuse or misuse.
