The Chim-A-Lator Deluxe chimney top damper easily mounts on top of a masonry fireplace flue and is operated by a convenient, adjustable regulator (shown in photo gallery) installed on the side wall of the fireplace.

The Chim-A-Lator chimney top damper installs quickly and easily using pressure mounted screws. A simple screw driver fastens the cap to the flue for a remarkably secure fit.

The Manufacturer guarantees a Lifetime Warranty to the first consumer user of its Chim-A-Lator Deluxw fireplace damper that the damper will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.

Because your Chim-A-Lator Deluxe and other fireplace equipment can be damaged by burning high heat materials such as dry Christmas tree branches, materials containing glue or resin, fiberglass, plastics, etc., this Warranty does not apply if your chimney is exposed at any time during the duration of the Warranty to temperatures greater than those normally existing when wood logs are burned in the fireplace. Nor does this Warranty apply is the Chim-A-Lator Deluxe is improperly installed or damaged by you or any third party during installation or use.

If your Chim-A-Lator does not live up to this Warranty, customer should contact Woodlanddirect.com to obtain warranty service. Any defective parts will be replaced at no charge. Customer will, however, be responsible for all labor charges in connection with any remedial action taken under this Warranty.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
