Limited 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty

Manufacturer warrants to the origianl purchaser of product, and to no other person, that if this product is assembled and opereated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying it, then for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in such product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Manufacturer may require reasonable proof of your date of purchase. Therefore, purchaser should retain sales receipt or invoice. This Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which prove defective under normal use and service and which Manufacturer shall determine in its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. Before returning any parts, Manufacturer shoud be contacted. If defective parts are returned, transportation charges must be prepaid by customer. Manufacturer will return replacement parts to the original retail purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.

This limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by you or any third party, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the product as set out in the owner's manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover the damage to the finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, rust or other weather damage, after purchase.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
